Just wanted to post a quick picture or two of the little red bird created with the Amazing Elizabeth's free pattern. Her's are stitched to perfection and (of course) bluebirds with a HUGE cute factor...however, the only felt I could find was red with adhesive backing...so I used it instead. No sewing! WOOT! Here's the little fellow ready for take off at the Gnome village...
His first fare waits patiently while the photoshoot goes on...
And now he's ready to go...I think I overheard the gnome to say he was flying out to find some mushrooms for dinner!
More tomorrow! Hugs!

Wait until you see the gnome project I am working on - to die for inspired by your book- and I am working on a little something for you to thank you for this inspiration! February is going to be all about gnomes! I think we should have a gnome party! Have a great week! E
PAULA!!! I checked on Amazon to see about getting a copy of your book - It is valued at $183.00!!!!!! The copy right is 1988? We are only up to 1927 for public domain. At least share the photos - we'll figure out the rest! Thank you, thank you! E
Hey Paula,
BOOK???? I didn't know you had a book!!! Wow, I am so proud, and I haven't even seen it! Anyway...I digress.....can I say, that your gnome obsession is such a hoot! It reminds me of the movie The Full Monty...ever see it?

How cute is that!?! I was just visiting E's and saw her cute penny rug. You two are killing me with all of your creativity. When I ever get done painting, I want to play with felt too.
