ALTARED HALLOWEEN CUTLERY

    Hi Sandy! I used the ever wonderful Ranger alcohol inks. They come in bottles, 3 to a package...and the color will stay on ANYTHING. (Be sure to buy the stayz on remover when you purchase them for the very same reason!) It's like magic! You just rub the ink on with a cotton pad and voila! Colored cutlery! Isn't it amazing?!
