ANOTHER VIDEO...IT'S MY ACTING DEBUT!

I know what I'm about to say dates me but does anyone remember the show "The Outer Limits"? Each episode began:

"There is nothing wrong with your television set. Do not attempt to adjust the picture. We are controlling transmission. If we wish to make it louder, we will bring up the volume. If we wish to make it softer, we will tune it to a whisper. We can reduce the focus to a soft blur, or sharpen it to crystal clarity. We will control the horizontal. We will control the vertical. For the next hour, sit quietly and we will control all that you see and hear. You are about to experience the awe and mystery which reaches from the inner mind to... The Outer Limits. "

This video may make you WISH you could adjust the horizontal, the vertical or the volume...the GOOD news is that it's NOT an hour, it's only 7ish minutes. True, it's 7 minutes of your life (and mine) we'll never get back again...but hey...it's not like you've got better stuff to do on a Saturday afternoon? Right? (Don't answer that)

As a disclaimer, I'm not so sure about your experiencing the "awe and mystery which reaches from the inner mind" BUT you WILL hear about some Fabulous Finds and a great day of shopping for scrapbooking goodies...oh, and for those of you overseas who don't know what "Goodwill" is, it's a store that recycles and sells all kinds of things and then gives the proceeds to those with disabilities. A worthy and noble cause, yes?

Please stay tuned...

How great! From the finds to your ease in front of the camera, I'd be blubbering, no matter what the occasion.

I love the video!!!! Keep 'em coming... I also did a little Archiver's (and Hobby Lobby) shopping this weekend and am so excited to use my stuff. If I pack one more craft item, my hubby might leave me behind when we move!

Hi Cat! Didn't you say you're thinking of getting Paul a Flip for Father's Day? If you DO, then YOU can post videos on YOUR blog and we can see your smiling face after you're gone! It would be a FAB way of staying connected! Meanwhile, I am NOT liking the idea of your leaving...10 days! Are you even CLOSE to being ready to leave the COUNTRY?

OK, for me...the online video junkie...this was a fab-u-lous post! I just love when people do videos!!! I hope to see lots more of them from you!!! And being the scrounging, frugal, bargain hunting gal myself.......I ADORE Goodwill stores! (and any other thrifty type locations!) Could there ever be to many thrift stores??? No, most certainly not!!!! Loved all your goodies!!!

Love & Peace~
